So.... Yeah back to my OOTD things...

Army look is pretty hype right now though I hated it cuz my dad is a big fan of army things (he wanted me to wear army stuffs and wanted me to look a bit boyish - which I am now)

Couple months ago my mom and my dad went to Bali, my dad called me and told me that he wanted to buy an army short for me. I felt bad if I said no so I said yes. 

I wore that short at home cuz I didn't like army stuffs that much......

But.....

But.......

But.........

Now I should thank my dad for that! Ahah yea since army is pretty hype right now I'm taking risk to make my cozy homie army short into a cool looking style and here it goes!

It's been awhile since my last post and I also didn't post any "This Week Haul" last week cuz I didn't shop that much but I definitely will post my haul this week!

Anyway, I have not much story to tell except.... OH! I was sooo happpyyy cuz Gbriella Olivia my favorite fashion blogger wanted to buy fbeanie hat from my store!!! kekekekekeekeke

It was 12 at night when I followed her instagram from my store account (lolhandmade) and 40 minutes later I received a notification that Gabriella Olivia is commented on one of my photo!!! \m/ I wanted to show you but it's on my ipad :( 

She wanted to buy a barbie beanie hat, and I decided to ask her for an endorsement (you'll never know when will you get another luck!) we talked from blackberry messenger (which I was so freakin excited and can't help myself but keep saying I love her style blahblahblah) and I'll send the beanie on Monday! \m/

Okay so... today I'm actually going to post my ootd for today. I went to my mom's office party then we went to the supermarket. Again, I have a really good luck on buying socks, I found a pack of neon socks waiting for me to grab them ahahaha yeehhh!!!! I'm gonna show you on my "This Week Haul" post soon!

My Old Fashion Sketches and Soon to Be Zombie

For the last 2 weeks, I felt my life was so damn perfect cuz I had no assignment to do. And yeh, you know, my life is trying to play with me now -_-

I'm gonna be like superduper busy for the next couple weeks cuz now I have like thousand assignments waiting for me yuckkkk! And that's what happen when you're being an architecture student like me -_- Now I believe on that tumblr quote "I had enough sleep last night. Said no architecture student ever..." 

Talking about the lack of my sleep.... On the first semester, the most tiring assignment that I had to do is to make a god damn maquette with 27 layers from a super thick cardboard! It took me like.... errhh... 18 hours to finished it (for real) It was actually my fault cuz I did the assignment 1 day before lol but that actually what were my friends do too... I started to do it at 7am and finished it on 3 am -_- You can actually imagine on how "zombie" did I look at that time -_-

And... yeah guess I have to stop being such a lazyass deadliners now........

Anyway, I was superbored and found some of my old fashion sketches...

Pardon my bad sketches.....

I study architecture, that's why you can see those kinda bold straight line type of drawing, or that kinda bold shape on the clothes or the human body... Yeh.... Architecture taught me those things -_- but... yea then you can call it like my signature drawing,perharps?

See the yellow skirt one? I wanted to make that kind of skirt anyway...... I just need to find a neon color chiffon fabric to pop it out....

Also there are lots of things I actually wanted to make... I wanted to reconstruct my old army color t-shirt, I wanted to reconstruct my old black jeans........ argh..... but all of these crazy assignments...... yeh I just need to wait.....

This Week Haul - April 7th 2013

I haven't update for this whole week but then it's already Sunday so it's the time for This Week Haul!!!!

Well I actually didn't buy that much things this week, I don't even think I'm gonna do This Week Haul every week incase I'm not buying anything ._.

This week I went to this kinda old mall in my city; people abandoned it cuz we already had a better and bigger mall. I went there with my mom cuz she wanted to lookin for a kinda party dress. And..... I never thought that this mall actually had a waaaay better clothes than our bigger mall for real! They sell it in a common cheap price and they're actually good. I found that kinda patterned flare skirt and it really is adorableeee <3 I really love the color and my mom loved it too so she decided to bought it for me <3

Anyway, still remember my cloud patterned skirt that I talked about on my last This Week Haul?? Yeaah they came already!! I wanted to take picture of the package but then I was too excited to open it lol and yes I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Next is my lovely custom t-shirt!!!! See the front side is Fashion Mafia (which is me;lol) I'm soo proud to wear it. I wear it today at the mall, and I'm feeling like people are looking at me cuz I have that words written on my back, and I am proud!!!! <3

Last but not least, I bought that kinda... uhm... glasses lol I am sooo in love with that glasses, Thank God my mom wanted to bought it for me haha also that adorable neon pink spike ring is from @lolhandmade!!! Check out @lolhandmade on instagram and twitter for adorable jewellries <333

Okay so that's all my new stuffs this week, WELCOME HOMEEE!!!!! <3 I might need to save my money cuz I really want to go exchange with Aiesec to Korea next year, or Hongkong, or China.. i don't know.. But I wish I could go to Korea next year.. yeah wish me luck for that... so... I really need to stop shopping.. or clicking selling hashtag on instagram lol :p

DIY Beaded Beanie Hat

As I promised you, I'm gonna do a tutorial on how to make your beanie looks good ;) Enjoy!

What you need...

Beanie - Any color you want

Gold beads - The shape and the color s optional :)

Needle

Thread - The same color as your beanie

1. Make sure to double knot the end of the threads before you start to sew your beanie. Add a bead.

2. Double stitch the bead so that it's safe and in place

3. After double stitching the bead, double knot the back of the bead to make it safe

4. Cut out the excess

5. Do it to the other beads!

VOILAAAA!!! ;)

This Week Haul!!! - March 31st 2013

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!!!!

Anyway, it's Sunday already so it's time for THIS WEEK HAUL!!!

Today, I went to the mall with my family and my mom bought me some clothes and stuffs. I went to this local boutique - which is my favorite boutique among all - called GAUDI. I love love love their stuffs, they actually have like the most up to date style. Luckily, they're on sale for this easter day woohooo \m/

I bought that kind of lacey white sweater and it really is cuuuteee! It has a longer side on the back which make it looks so adorable <3 I also bought That black bleached pants, so it has a bleached side on the bottom of the pants with zipper <3 got 20% disc for each items #blessed

And then I have this neon satchel bag that I bought online from Rumah Kreasi (make sure to check them out on facebook) I really really love neon color, it's so hype this day <3 and that white watch was from my boyfriend. He gave me the day before he went to the camp. It's actually a couple watch, and his is black, love it <3

Last but not least, I went to the supermarket today with my mom and decided to buy a new red beanie for my DIY project (which I'm gonna post it soon) and some cute socks haha. See the green one is my favorite! I bought cute socks cuz I just ordered a transparent docmart boots which gonna looks so cute with patterned socks <3333

That's all the new stuffs that I have this week! I also ordered a cloud patterned bandage skirt but it will arrives next week, I really can't wait :D anyway, I'm gonna post on how I do my new red beanie on my next post! Keep your eyes on me ;)

Ok today I just had another photosession with my bestfriend Yuan. She's really good at makeup and she was being nice (lol) so she did makeup for me. 

I was just having fun, I'm using my own camera (unlike before, I always did photosession with my boyf and he has a better lenses and all) and I was just hanging around my neighbourhood (which u can actually see some trucks and cars lol). So here are some of my photos, enjoy! ;)

I was like hell mad at him but this afternoon he texted me that his arm broke but he's okay and he miss me and he loves me ugh.... how in the world I can stay mad at him? pfft even if I'm pissed -_- I just hope he'll be fine and come back home soon cuz I really am missing him :'

Anyway, it was my boyf (again) who offered me, I'm so lucky for having him haha. I bought a bleached purple jeans shirt on Monday at HIM ; a man clothing store near m uni. Yeh, a MAN clothing store. but really they have cute stuffs and I found this cute shirt and it was small and fitted me ahah i really love the color! So here is how I style it....

My uni was getting crazier, the assignments and stuffs are freakin me out. The semester was just started but the assignments arrrgghh... Yeh I know that's what i'm gona get for being an architecture student. I'll try my best not to be such a lazyass deadliners anymore, I won't screw this semester like I did before, I'm gonna do my best...

Anyway I wanted to post my DIY pics but still struggling to make it easy to understand, I might also post a DIY or Fashion Vlog on my YouTube acc which it's been like years. I uploaded 2 videos it was like a year ago, I open it today and I never ever thought that it could hit 3k viewers o.o hahah it was a silly video of me showing my dyed shorts and tops and asking you whether you want me to do the tutorial of the shorts or t-shirt and people are actually answer it omgggg o.o thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!!!! ^^

Black is still on!

So hello guys, let me say some intros *cough* My name is Cathlea Mahardiestya, currently living in Indonesia as an architecture student but having a passion in fashion. I design clothes and other fashion projects which I'm gonna share it with you guys.

Anyway, I've been blogging for years and end up being neglected cuz I'm a lazyas* (really) but then here I am starting my new blog and hopefully this will be last longer than before ahah.

I haven't take any photo session lately, but I had some of my last photo session which I'm gonna share with you guys today.

I was bored and decided to ask my boyfriend to take some shots of me for my lookbook. We went to this kinda beach (cuz it doesn't look like a beach but people call it a beach lol) which only took like 3 minutes by car from my house. I was into that kinda "Black Outfit" mood cuz I just bought a very cute fluffy black skirt - which now it's like one of my favorite  - cuz you can actually mix it with almost any cool tops and style it whatever you want. So here are some of my shots that day....

 

Firstly, I styled it with my flowery cardigans and add some gold touch (Golden belt - GAUDI, Rings - ASOS) this one will make it looks kinda more dressy, oh and btw I reallyyy love my snake skin clutch!   I decided to use it to make the outfit looks a bit chilled (?) 

Next, I was trying to make my skirt looks more flexible - since its fluffy and shinny. So I mixed it with my old striped sweater.

So yeah that was some of photos that I took on that day, I still have some more but I'm gonna save it for my other posts ^^ anyway, I'm gonna show you some of my diy projects soon, so keep your eyes on me ;)
